Objective: To investigate the clinical value of Strain Histogram diffusion imaging in the noninvasive diagnosis of chronic liver injury. Methods: Strain Histogram tissue diffusion imaging was used to quantitatively detect the liver elastic characteristics of 180 patients with chronic hepatitis (105 cases of viral hepatitis and 75 cases of non-viral hepatitis) and to compare the pathological features of liver elasticity with liver fibrosis and liver Correlation of the degree of inflammation. Results: The diagnostic value of LF index in judging mild and moderate fibrosis in 180 patients with chronic hepatitis was 2.785. The greater the LF index, the more severe the fibrosis, the sensitivity was 76.6% and the specificity was 48.9%. The LF index The diagnostic threshold for judging mild and moderate-to-severe inflammation was 2.925. The greater the LF index, the more severe the inflammation, with a sensitivity of 73.2% and a specificity of 56.8%. The LF index of 105 patients with viral hepatitis was used to determine the diagnostic limit of mild and moderate fibrosis was 2.975. The greater the LF index, the more severe the fibrosis, with a sensitivity of 69.2% and a specificity of 67.1%. The LF index was used to judge The diagnostic limit of mild and moderate to severe inflammation was 2.915. The greater the LF index, the more severe the inflammation was, the sensitivity was 80.0% and the specificity was 57.8%. The LF index of 75 non-viral hepatitis patients was not correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis and inflammation. Conclusion: The index of LF can reflect the degree of liver fibrosis and inflammation, the diagnostic sensitivity is high, and the greater the LF index is, the more severe liver fibrosis and inflammation are.
