采用等温淬火与金相观察相结合的方法研究了离心铸造Ti47Al2Nb1Cr1W0.2Si合金的凝固特征。确定了合金的固、液相线温度分别为1465和1520℃。应用一次真空感应熔炼离心铸造气阀,获得过热度对气阀成型性及氧含量的影响规律,确定了使气阀获得良好成型且氧含量低的最佳过热度为160℃。
The solidification characteristics of Ti47Al2Nb1Cr1W0.2Si alloy by centrifugal casting were investigated by isothermal quenching and metallographic observation. The solid and liquidus temperature of the alloy were determined to be 1465 and 1520 ℃, respectively. A vacuum induction melting centrifugal casting valve was used to obtain the influence of superheat on the valve forming and oxygen content. The best superheat of 160 ℃ was obtained when the valve was well shaped and the oxygen content was low.
