高能量密度的电子束在加热熔化金属方面具有和激光束相似的功能,但电子束在快速原型与快速制造领域的应用却远不及激光。通过对电子束和激光束的对比,介绍了电子束烧结快速制造技术,指出电子束在快速制造领域存在着广阔的应用前景。
High energy density electron beams have a similar function to laser beams in heating molten metal, but electron beam applications in rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing are far less than lasers. By comparing electron beam and laser beam, the rapid manufacturing technology of electron beam sintering is introduced, and the application prospects of electron beam in rapid manufacturing field are pointed out.
