采用响应曲面法对氟金云母玻璃陶瓷进行车削加工试验,以高速钢刀具磨损为响应,以切削用量为试验因素,通过回归分析、模型检验及方差分析,建立刀具磨损量与切削用量之间的数学模型,分析切削用量对刀具磨损的影响规律。研究表明:建立的刀具磨损量模型具有较好的适合性和显著性,预测精度较高,能较好地描述刀具磨损与切削用量参数之间的关系;切削用量对刀具磨损量的影响程度依次为进给速度、切削速度和切削深度;应用刀具磨损量模型,有助于选择合理的切削用量,减少和控制刀具磨损。
