目的回顾性分析某三级甲等医院肾内科近10年所有住院患者的疾病构成,为医院肾内科细化管理及未来发展规划提供科学依据。方法收集某院肾内科近10年所有住院患者病历资料,按照国际疾病分类编码(ICD-10)进行疾病分类,按年龄分为青年组、中年组、老年组,用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果某院肾内科近10年共收治患者21 465例,男女性别比为1.19:1,其中老年组男女性别比为2.44:1;前7位病种收治患者合计为18 127例,占所有肾内科住院患者的84.45%。青年组狼疮性肾炎、肾病综合征、Ig A肾病构成比明显高于中老年组,而中老年组糖尿病肾病、高血压肾病、梗阻性肾病明显高于青年组,不同年龄组病种间的差异均有统计学意义。老年组死亡构成比明显高于中年组和青年组,差异有统计学意义。结论某院肾内科住院患者主要病种为肾病综合征、慢性肾炎、狼疮性肾炎、Ig A肾病、糖尿病肾病、高血压肾病、梗阻性肾病,不同年龄组性别、疾病、死亡构成存在差异。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the disease structure of all inpatients in the first decade of renal medicine in a third class Hospitals and provide a scientific basis for the refinement management and future planning of nephrology in the hospital. Methods The data of medical records of all inpatients in a hospital for recent 10 years were collected and classified according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). The patients were divided into young group, middle-aged group and elderly group according to age. SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 21 465 patients were admitted to the department of nephrology in a hospital in recent 10 years. The sex ratio of men and women was 1.19: 1. Among them, the sex ratio of men and women in elderly was 2.44: 1. The total number of patients admitted to the first seven diseases was 18 127, 84.45% of medical inpatients. The incidence of lupus nephritis, nephrotic syndrome and IgA nephropathy in the youth group was significantly higher than that of the middle-aged and elderly patients, while the diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy and obstructive nephropathy in the middle-aged and elderly group were significantly higher than those in the youth group All have statistical significance. The proportion of death in the elderly group was significantly higher than that in the middle-aged group and the young group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The main inpatients in hospital are nephrotic syndrome, chronic nephritis, lupus nephritis, IgA nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive nephropathy, obstructive nephropathy, gender, disease and death in different age groups.
