造血干细胞受损是再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)的可能发病机制之一。骨髓移植能使患者骨髓造血功能重建,但由于组织配型相同的同种骨髓来源困难和技术条件的限制,目前尚难广泛开展。胎肝含有丰富的造血干细胞。近年来,国内已陆续报道胎肝细胞输注治疗再障,效果满意。我院于1984年1月～
Hematopoietic stem cell damage is one of the possible pathogenesis of aplastic anemia (referred to as aplastic anemia).
