葡萄膜炎钩端螺旋体病较严重的并发症。我省曾有报告(河南医学院学报,16:16,1964)。现将我们在许昌地区所见之42例钩端螺旋体性葡萄膜炎作一报导,旨在引起有关方面重视和防治参考。1.本次调查,发现全身性感染者376例;经检查并发葡萄膜炎者(包括恢复期)126例,并发率为33.44%。检查记录完整者42例中,男性39例、女性3例,11:1。年龄最小者12岁,最大者为52岁。21-40岁者最多。
Uveitis leptospirosis more serious complications. There have been reports in our province (Journal of Henan Medical University, 16:16, 1964). Now we have seen 42 cases of leptospirid uveitis in Xuchang area for a report, aimed at causing the attention and prevention and treatment of reference. 1. The survey found 376 cases of systemic infection; 126 cases of concomitant uveitis (including recovery), the incidence was 33.44%. Among the 42 cases with complete records, 39 were males and 3 females, 11: 1. The youngest is 12 years old, the oldest is 52 years old. Most 21-40 years old.
