汽车在高原山区拖带挂车爬坡运行时负荷激增,要求汽车必须具备良好的动力性和足够的牵引力。而目前我省多数解放CA141汽车后桥减速比不适宜,不能组织拖挂运输,只得单车运行,严重影响了运输效率和经济性,因此需要在发动机高原改造的同时进行底盘合理匹配的研究探讨。本文经过研究分析和优化计算,提出了经济合理的后桥改造办法,推荐解放CA141汽车拖挂时主减速比选用646比较适宜。
Car towing in the plateau mountainous area trailer when the load climbing ramp, requiring the car must have good power and traction enough. At present, most of the liberation of CA141 automobile rear axle deceleration ratio in our province is not appropriate, can not organize towing transport, only cycling operation, seriously affecting the transport efficiency and economy, so the need to adapt to the plateau engine at the same time reasonable chassis research and discussion. After the research and analysis and optimization calculation, this paper proposed an economical and reasonable method of rear axle reconstruction. It is appropriate to recommend 646 main gear selection when releasing CA141 automobile.
