我厂刨工除庭英同志,把废铣刀经重新刃磨后当刨刀使用,节钓很多刀具材料。刨刀的形状如附图所示。1是刀杆。2是刨刀,用心轴3、垫圈4跟螺母5固紧。使用时,根据刨刀的几何角度来磨礪废铣刀的刀刃;然后把它装在刨床的刀架上,刀尖应当垂直于工件。如果一个刀刃钝后,可以松开螺母5,把铣刀转过一个齿,再固紧,又可使用。这种刨刀用于精加工比较适合。
