目前,全国各大城市掀起了“鱼油热”。越来越多的人被OMEGA—3深海鱼油的神奇保健功能所诱惑而竞相购买。据统计,当前在市场上流通的鱼油产品(包括进口的)有30多种,其中在质量、含量、价格上差异很大。由于消费者大都对鱼油产品还不甚了解,再加之有的经销商进行误导宣传,使消费者如坠迷雾。如何才能识别优质鱼油产品呢?严格的讲是需要按产品标准进行检验才能识别,但对广大消费者来说是不可能的。
