例1 男,6岁。因右侧鼻腔渐进阻塞,流脓涕3年余,近有臭味,于1984年12月5日来院就诊。检查:右鼻腔有大量脓性分泌物,清除后于鼻腔底部有一灰白色略呈圆形表面凸凹不平之肿块,触之坚硬不出血,与鼻底部粘连,其他无异常。印象为鼻结石。表麻后将肿块逐渐分离并试行夹碎,取出0.4×0.6×0.4cm结石两块及一些小碎块。结石中心似豆质样物。例2 男、9岁。右侧鼻塞,头痛,时伴脓涕4年余,近加重,时带血,于1988年10月4日来院就诊。检查:外鼻无畸
