本文从发展概况、组织方式和作用等方面对中国公共图书馆的书评工作进行了全面的论述和总结。认为图书评论作为一种传统形式自八十年代中期以来被图书馆工作者重新开发和利用，并赋予新的内容和形式，逐步形成了一定的规模和特色，尤其在对读者的导向与图书信息的交流方面，更体现出十分明显的积极作用。同时，对图书馆书评工作的现状进行了多角度的分析，提出了图书馆书评工作亟待加强的建议。
This article has carried on the comprehensive discussion and the summary to the book review work of the Chinese public library from the aspect of the development, the organization way and the function. Considers that book reviews as a traditional form has been redeveloped and utilized by library workers since the mid-1980s, and given new content and forms, and gradually formed a certain scale and characteristics, especially in the direction of readers and book information Exchange, but also shows a very significant positive effect. At the same time, this paper analyzes the status quo of library book reviews and puts forward some suggestions that library book reviews should be strengthened urgently.
