手术治疗眼球后退综合征(附13例报告)

眼球后退综合征(Duane’s retractionsyndrone-DRS)是一种先天性眼外肌异常的病症。临床特点为眼球外转受限,内转时眼球后退,睑裂变窄。手术治疗各家意见不一致,但本症又不少见。作者总结了13例手术治疗此综合征的经验与教训,报告如下:
