87例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发呼吸衰竭(ARF)的病人,随机分为对照组(n=41)和营养支持组(n=46)。病人入院后进行营养状态评价,血气分析,肺功能及呼吸肌功能检查。两组病人均给予常规治疗,营养组另补充蛋白质50g 和脂肪55~60g,治疗15天后重复上述指标检查。结果发现高脂营养可以降低 COPD 并发 ARF 病人的二氧化碳的产生(P<0.05),减轻呼吸肌的工作负荷,但短期营养治疗对于 COPD 病人的营养状态、肺功能和呼吸肌功能无显著的治疗作用。
Eighty-seven patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with respiratory failure (ARF) were randomly divided into control group (n = 41) and nutritional support group (n = 46). After admission, patients were evaluated for nutritional status, blood gas analysis, lung function and respiratory muscle function tests. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment, nutritional supplementation of the other 50g of protein and fat 55 ~ 60g, 15 days after treatment, repeat the above indicators check. The results showed that high-fat diet could reduce the production of carbon dioxide (P <0.05) and reduce the workload of respiratory muscle in COPD patients with ARF. However, short-term nutrition therapy had no significant therapeutic effect on the nutritional status, lung function and respiratory muscle function in COPD patients .
