为了探讨血吸虫重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗免疫鼠后对尾蚴攻击感染的保护性作用,采用106CFU和108CFU重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗皮下接种BALB/C鼠,接种后8周用日本血吸虫尾蚴进行攻击感染,感染后6周剖杀小鼠,计算减虫率、减卵率,同时进行虫卵肉芽肿周长和面积测量,以及抗体水平和抗原水平测定,同时设有PBS对照组。结果表明重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗免疫小鼠后,106CFU、108CFU组与对照组相比,减虫率分别为27.34%、16.64%,减卵率分别为55.75%、60.50%,虫卵肉芽肿的平均周长和平均面积、免疫后血清抗体水平差别均具有非常显著意义;108CFU与106CFU组相比,血清抗原水平差别具有显著意义,说明血吸虫重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗是一种比较理想的新型疫苗,值得进一步深入研究
In order to investigate the protective effect of Schistosoma japonicum BCG-Sj26GST vaccine on cercarial challenge infection, BALB / C mice were inoculated subcutaneously with 106CFU and 108CFU recombinant BCG-Sj26GST vaccine. After 8 weeks of inoculation, the mice were challenge infected with Schistosoma japonicum cercariae. After infection, The mice were sacrificed at 6 weeks to calculate the worm reduction rate and the egg reduction rate. Meanwhile, the perimembranous and area of the egg granuloma were measured, and the antibody and antigen levels were measured. Meanwhile, a PBS control group was also set up. The results showed that the worm reduction rates of 106CFU and 108CFU groups were 27.34% and 16.64% compared with the control group respectively after immunization with the recombinant BCG-Sj26GST vaccine, the egg reduction rates were 55.75% and 60.50 %, The average perimembranous and average area of the granuloma of the egg and the difference of the serum antibody level after the immunization are very significant. The difference of the serum antigen level between the 108 CFU group and the 106 CFU group is significant, indicating that the recombinant BCG-Sj26GST vaccine of Schistosoma japonicum is a The ideal new vaccine is worth further study
