过去我们曾采用过用蜗杆形砂轮对合金钢淬火齿轮进行自由展成磨削加工,取得了一定的成效。其主要缺点是沙轮中间修整比较困难,而且要有一套复杂的滚压砂轮辅助机构,一种模数砂轮只能磨同一种模数的齿轮。80年11期苏联“机床与工具”杂志上,刊登了一篇由“苏联机器制造与工艺研究所”设计的,直齿齿轮(齿部宽度B≥35mm)新的磨齿方法,用普通的氧化铝或金刚石砂轮,对淬火后的齿轮进行自由滚切和分度磨削。这种方法的单面磨削余量为0.02~0.05mm,齿轮的齿形和齿向误差可以得到纠正。试验证明,齿向误差可从原有0.05mm~0.1mm减小到0.005~0.015mm。其优点是加工设备结构简单,无需专用工具,加工范围较广,机床调整与砂轮修整方便。适用
In the past, we have used a worm-shaped grinding wheel on the alloy steel hardened gear for free development of grinding, and achieved some results.
