近年来,在世界范围内很多国家中工程机械呈现出了突飞猛进的增长状态,尤其在我国,工程机械的产量和销量都位居世界前列。工程机械系统的迅猛发展,对工程机械系统的产品以及系统设计提出了较高的要求。为了实现工程机械产品及其自动化,我们需要对工程机械实现全面、全生命周期的监控。此外,近年来物联网技术的持续发展,给工程机械的自动化、智能化提供了一个良好的环境。物联网,顾名思义,就是让我们生活中的物体都能连接在一起,组成一个像互联网一样的网络,并且最终都加入互联网。物联网系统可以实时自动地对物体进行监控、追踪、识别、定位并且可以通过反馈回来的信息进行实时地控制。为此把物联网技术应用到智能化的工程机械系统设计中,实现对工程机械全生命周期、全方位的监控与控制。
In recent years, many countries in the world construction machinery has shown rapid growth, especially in China, construction machinery production and sales are among the highest in the world. The rapid development of construction machinery system, the construction machinery system products and system design put forward higher requirements. In order to realize the construction machinery products and their automation, we need to realize a comprehensive and full-life monitoring of the construction machinery. In addition, the continuous development of Internet of Things technology in recent years has provided a good environment for the automation and intelligence of construction machinery. IoT, as the name implies, allows objects in our lives to be connected together to form an Internet-like network that eventually joins the Internet. The Internet of Things system can monitor, track, identify, locate and automatically control objects in real time through the feedback information. To this end, IOT technology is applied to the design of intelligent construction machinery systems to realize the full monitoring and control over the entire life cycle of construction machinery.
