随着快速城镇化的同时,城市硬化地面大量增加,降水量入渗大幅减少,汇流时间缩短,径流峰值量增大,加之部分区域下游排水能力不足,导致近年来诸多城市内涝频发。“海绵城市”建设是我国应对城市雨水问题的新举措,目的是改善城市水文环境,促进城市雨水资源的可持续利用。雨洪水的合理利用对于节水、防洪、生态效益具有重要意义,如何利用好、管理好雨洪水,成为兴建海绵城市的核心问题,本文从海绵城市建设的基本原则、海绵城市与低影响开发雨水系统设计要求以及海绵城市与低影响开发雨水系统设计等方面进行了研究。
Along with the rapid urbanization, the hardened ground in the city has increased a lot, infiltration of precipitation has been greatly reduced, confluence time shortened, and the amount of peak runoff has increased. Moreover, the drainage capacity in the lower reaches of some regions has been insufficient, leading to frequent occurrence of waterlogging in many cities in recent years. “Sponge city ” construction is our country new measures to deal with the problem of urban rainwater, the purpose is to improve the urban hydrological environment and promote the sustainable use of urban rainwater resources. The rational utilization of rain and flood is of great significance to water conservation, flood control and ecological benefits. How to make good use of and manage flood and flood is becoming the core issue in the construction of sponge city. This paper starts from the basic principles of sponge city construction, sponge city and low impact rainwater System design requirements as well as sponge city and low impact rainwater system design.
