分析了车间控制结构的演变和代理技术在制造控制中的应用 ,提出了一个通用的制造代理模型。基于这个模型进一步讨论了车间制造混合控制的系统结构 ,并着重研究了单元代理的报价过程、车间代理的任务分派过程及系统对设备故障的处理过程。研究指出基于代理技术的车间制造混合控制系统 ,既具有递阶控制的高效率 ,又具有分布式控制的高可靠性与自适应性
The evolution of workshop control structure and the application of agency technology in manufacturing control are analyzed. A general manufacturing agent model is proposed. Based on this model, the system structure of hybrid control in workshop manufacturing is further discussed. The process of quotation of unit agent, task assignment of workshop agent and the process of equipment failure are also studied emphatically. It is pointed out that the hybrid control system based on agent technology in manufacturing workshop not only has the advantages of high efficiency of hierarchical control but also high reliability and adaptability of distributed control
