一、贻贝俗名叫海红,加工干品叫淡菜,是我省海水养殖的主要对象之一。海水养贻贝的显著特点是:长的快,产量高,收益大。贻贝一年一收,有的海区一年两收。一亩海面正常年景可产4—6吨,收入1,000—1,500元。高产可达8吨。人工养殖贻贝,在技术上,只要加长殖苗绳、合理密包、合理密挂、加强海上管理措施,即可获得高产。据初步调查,我省东部海区可养海面约有6万多亩,
