目的:探讨分析h1 calponin对妊娠子宫平滑肌收缩的调控机制。方法:选取76只小鼠作为研究对象,将所有小鼠随机分为观察组与对照组。对所有小鼠进行化学检测与免疫组织化学染色检测,比较并分析检测结果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组小鼠子宫体及其下部h1 calponin的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组小鼠子宫体平滑肌中Transgelin的含量也相对较高(P<0.05);两组小鼠子宫体下段Transgelin的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。h1 calponin在两组小鼠的子宫体平滑肌体及子宫平滑肌下段中的含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Transgelin在两组小鼠子宫平滑肌下段中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在观察组小鼠子宫平滑肌中的表达较多(P<0.05)。结论:观察组小鼠子宫体部及其下段平滑肌中h1calponin的含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),h1 calponin也影响了Transgelin的含量,两者共同调节了小鼠子宫平滑肌的收缩,对分娩过程的调控起到了很重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the regulation of h1 calponin on uterine smooth muscle contraction in pregnancy. Methods: Totally 76 mice were selected as study objects, all mice were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All mice were tested for chemical and immunohistochemical staining, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression of h1 calponin in the uterus and its lower part of the observation group was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the content of Transgelin in the uterine smooth muscle of the observation group was also relatively high (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of Transgelin between the two groups (P> 0.05). The content of h1 calponin in the uterine smooth muscle and uterine smooth muscle in the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05). The expression of Transgelin in the uterine smooth muscle of the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05), but more in the uterine smooth muscle of the observation group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The content of h1calponin in the uterine body and the lower smooth muscle of the mice in the observation group was significantly different (P <0.05). The h1 calponin also affected the content of Transgelin, both of which regulated the contraction of mouse uterine smooth muscle. The regulation of childbirth plays a very important role.
