β-榄香烯是从姜科植物温莪术中分离出来的、目前已应用于临床的的抗癌药物。β-榄香烯由于具有优良的抗肿瘤特性,正在日益受到人们关注。但是,β-榄香烯也有诸如活性不高、水溶性较差等不足,需要通过结构修饰加以改善。本文结合笔者的研究工作,综述了β-榄香烯卤代、含氮、酯类、糖苷等几大类衍生物的研究进展,重点介绍β-榄香烯的结构修饰工作。
β-elemene is isolated from the Zingiber officinale Rhizoma Curcuma, and has been applied to clinical anti-cancer drugs. β-elemene is attracting more and more attention due to its excellent anti-tumor properties. However, β-elemene also has disadvantages such as low activity and poor water solubility, which needs improvement through structural modification. In this paper, the author’s research work, reviewed the β-elemene halogenated, nitrogen, esters, glycosides and other major derivatives of the research progress, with emphasis on the structure modification of β-elemene work.
