患者董×,男,14岁,山西人。因大汗淋漓,口吐白沫9小时,昏迷3小时,于1979年11月5日住院。3天前中午,患者用1605农药原液涂于内衣治虱(量不详)。4日晚7时,自觉全身颤动、头昏、恶心、出汗不止、口涎奇多,继之腹泻,无脓血,疑为“感冒”未在意。5日零时许,除上述症状加重外,逐渐出现神志不清,面色苍白,口吐白沫,呼吸困难,口唇发绀等。查体:体温36.2℃,脉搏160,呼吸40,血压140/90。神志昏迷,急性中毒病容,呼出气有蒜臭味。全身皮肤潮湿、苍白,皮肤粘膜未见出血点及瘀斑。口角偏向左侧,瞳孔对光反射迟钝,瞳孔缩小如小米粒大,双侧等圆。口唇发绀,鼻及口腔有大量白色泡沫涌出。肺部可闻及广泛水泡音。肠鸣亢进。脊柱四肢无自主活动,四肢肌张力减退,浅反射消失,病理反射未引出。化验:白细胞24,000,中性91%,淋巴9%。

Spinal limbs without activity, limb muscle tension decreased, shallow reflection disappeared, pathological reflex did not lead. Assay: WBC 24,000, Neutral 91%, Lymph 9%.
