选择普通杏(A. vulgaris Lam.)优一和一窝峰2个仁用杏品种,分别在盛花后75、78、81、84、93 d采收10 kg果实,测定湿核重、干核重、总仁重和鲜果果实出仁率,不同采收期样品分别用铁氰化钾滴定法测可溶性糖,用索氏提取法测定粗脂肪,用半微量凯氏定氮法测定粗蛋白。结果显示在北京地区优一品种盛花93 d采收比盛花75 d采收杏仁产量增加29.4%,单仁重增加0.2 g,粗脂肪含量增加6.56个百分点,粗蛋白含量下降3.6个百分点,总糖含量变化不大。一窝蜂品种盛花后84 d比盛花后75 d采收杏仁产量增加23.3%,单仁重增加0.14 g,粗脂肪含量增加5.23%,粗蛋白质含量下降3.0%,总糖含量变化不大。2 个品种过晚采收造成落果,杏仁变褐发霉,品质下降。
The two apricot cultivars of A. vulgaris Lam. And Yibao were selected to harvest 10 kg of fruit at 75, 78, 81, 84 and 93 d after full blossom, respectively. The wet and dry weight, Heavy, total kernel weight and fresh fruit kernel rate, different harvest time samples were measured by potassium ferricyanide titration of soluble sugar, Soxhlet extraction method for the determination of crude fat, semi-trace Kjeldahl method for the determination of crude protein. The results showed that the yield of almonds was increased by 29.4%, the weight of single almond increased by 0.2 g, the content of crude fat increased by 6.56%, the crude protein content Decline of 3.6 percentage points, little change in total sugar content. The yield of almonds increased by 23.3% after 84 days of full bloom compared with 75 days after full bloom, with the increase of single kernel weight by 0.14 g, the increase of crude fat content by 5.23% and the crude protein content by 3.0% Little change in content.
