第一条为了预防火灾，保障公共安全，根据《中华人民共和国消防条例》等法律、行政法规，制定本规定。第二条本规定所称公共娱乐场所，系指供公众使用的下列场所：（一）影剧院、录像厅、礼堂等演出、放映场所；（二）舞厅、卡拉OK厅等歌舞娱乐场所；（三）具有娱乐功能的夜总
Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the laws and administrative regulations of the “Fire Service Regulations of the People’s Republic of China” in order to prevent fires and ensure public safety.
