应用慢性猪种布病病人的临床症状与中医的痹症论述相似的特点， 按临床分型不同选用不同的治痹中药复方辨证论治。结果７０ 例慢性病人６ 个疗程总有效率为９１ ．４２ ％ ， 其中肝肾虚亏型、气血虚弱型和经络阻滞型的有效率分别为９６ ．４３ ％ 、８７ ．５０ ％ 和８８．８９ ％ ， 各型别间无显著差别（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。提示中医药对慢性布病的近期治疗有较好的效果。
