目的将三联编码作为惟一标识应用于临床检验工作中,提高标本及报告的识别率,减少差错并方便患者。方法检验科将三联编码技术贯穿于标本采集、送检、检测及报告回复的整个检验工作流程。结果三联编码作为标本的惟一标识,应用于整个分析过程,有效地提高了工作效率,规范了工作流程,提高了标本识别,减少了分析差错,实行标本与检验报告的无缝连接。结论三联编码技术是实现检验科分析前质量管理的重要途径之一,对基层医院有较高的推广应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To apply triple coding as a unique marker in clinical examination, to improve the recognition rate of specimens and reports, to reduce errors and to facilitate patients. Methodology Laboratory will be triple coding technology throughout the specimen collection, submission, testing and reporting of the entire inspection workflow. Results Triple coding as the unique identification of specimens was applied to the whole analysis process, which effectively improved the work efficiency, standardized the workflow, improved the specimen identification, reduced the analysis errors and implemented the seamless connection between specimens and test reports. Conclusions Triple coding technology is one of the important ways to achieve quality management before laboratory analysis, which is of great promotion and application value to primary hospitals.
