俄罗斯消费者市场的发展很大程度上受到内外部威胁因素的影响。本文提出了一种新威胁消费者市场发展的内外因素分类标准和诊断方法。这一方法采用指标分析法,通过建立包含隶属于5个板块的共75个指标,运用2003~2010年的数据进行环境分析,对消费者市场中的一些具体情况进行评估。该方法的特点在于其有可能揭示消费者市场中隐藏的现象。本文的研究对于消费者给予了特别的关注,并提出了用于衡量其安全水平的指标体系。本文的结果表明,主要的威胁是针对于消费者的,包括产品质量和有关国内生产消费品的法规。对于具体的实证方法和分析,本文进行了详细的论述。
The development of the Russian consumer market is largely influenced by internal and external threats. This paper presents a new threat to the development of consumer markets, internal and external factors classification criteria and diagnostic methods. This method uses the index analysis method to evaluate some specific conditions in the consumer market by establishing a total of 75 indicators including five sub-sectors and using data from 2003 to 2010 for environmental analysis. This method is characterized by its potential to reveal hidden phenomena in the consumer market. The research in this dissertation paid special attention to the consumers and proposed the index system to measure the safety level. The results of this paper show that the main threats are consumer-specific, including product quality and regulations regarding domestically produced consumer products. For the specific empirical methods and analysis, this article is discussed in detail.
