目的探讨不同剂量酒精对垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血的影响。方法 40只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,即模型对照组(1U/kg垂体后叶素)、阳性对照组(1mg/kg维拉帕米)、5%酒精组(0.4g/kg)、10%酒精组(0.8g/kg)和20%酒精组(1.6g/kg)。大鼠麻醉后舌下静脉注射生理盐水(模型对照组)、维拉帕米1mg/kg(阳性对照组)和酒精0.4、0.8和1.6g/kg,容积均为10ml/kg。5min后再分别注射垂体后叶素(1U/kg)诱发急性心肌缺血,观察不同给药组大鼠心率(HR)变化,心律失常的发生情况,以及标Ⅱ导联心电图ST段抬高和T波幅度的改变。结果 5%酒精组心律失常发生率明显减少,心电图ST段抬高和T波高度显著降低,HR未受明显影响;10%酒精组HR减慢,但心电图ST段抬高和T波高度无明显变化;20%酒精组HR减慢,心电图ST段抬高、T波明显增高。结论 5%酒精组(0.4g/kg酒精)对垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血有保护作用,而20%酒精组(1.6g/kg酒精)的心肌缺血加重。
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of alcohol on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitary in rats. Methods Forty healthy male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model control group (1U / kg pituitrin), positive control group (1mg / kg verapamil), 5% alcohol group (0.4g / kg ), 10% alcohol group (0.8g / kg) and 20% alcohol group (1.6g / kg). Rats were injected subcutaneously with normal saline (model control group), verapamil 1 mg / kg (positive control group) and alcohol 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6 g / kg after anesthesia. The volumes of both were 10 ml / kg. After 5min injection of pituitrin (1U / kg), acute myocardial ischemia was induced. The changes of heart rate (HR) and arrhythmia in different groups were observed, and ST segment elevation of standard Ⅱ lead electrocardiogram T wave amplitude changes. Results The incidence of arrhythmia was significantly decreased in 5% alcohol group, ST segment elevation and T wave height were significantly reduced in ECG group, but HR in 10% alcohol group was slowed down, but ST segment elevation and T wave height were not significant Change; HR 20% alcohol group slowed down, ECG ST segment elevation, T wave was significantly higher. Conclusions 5% alcohol group (0.4g / kg alcohol) has a protective effect on vasopressin-induced acute myocardial ischemia in rats, while 20% alcohol group (1.6g / kg alcohol) has increased myocardial ischemia.
