中国教育科研网（CERNET）推动了农业院校信息网络化的快速发展，网络技术正在迅速成为人们必备的基本技能，开展网络利用教育是农业信息工作的一项重要任务。本文论述了网络利用教育的目的与内容，开展网络利用教育的准备工作，以及网络利用教育的组织实施方法。
China Education and Research Network (CERNET) has promoted the rapid development of information network in agricultural colleges and universities. Network technology is rapidly becoming an indispensable basic skill for people. To carry out network utilization education is an important task of agricultural information work. This article discusses the purpose and content of network use of education, the preparatory work of network utilization education, and the organization and implementation of network utilization education.
