随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展、科学发展观、和谐社会的提出,企业越来越重视思想政治教育工作。本文首先介绍了当前企业思想工作方面的不足和存在的主要问题,包括企业的思想政治工作改革创新力度不够;政治工作浮于表面;一些企业对于员工出现的思想政治问题没有及时有效的解决,政治思想工作出现了滞后现象,企业的思想政治工作没有坚持与时俱进。最后针对以上问题提出了新形势下企业思想政治工作几点思考。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the scientific concept of development and the proposal of a harmonious society, enterprises pay more and more attention to ideological and political education. This paper first introduces the current lack of ideological and business work and the main problems, including the ideological and political work of enterprises reform and innovation is not enough; political work surfaced; some enterprises for staff ideological and political problems do not promptly and effectively resolved, politics There has been a lag in ideological work. The ideological and political work in enterprises has not adhered to advancing with the times. In the end, I put forward some thoughts on the ideological and political work in the new situation against the above problems.
