东兰县针对外出党员大部分年轻且文化层次较高的特点,利用网络信息量大、传播广、快捷等优势,创新党员参与先进性教育活动的形式。县里以互联网为平台,构筑学习课堂,并在东兰党建网上开辟了“保持共产党员先进性教育”专栏,将全县开展先进性教育活动的要求、动态信息全部公布在网页上。专栏开通后,受到广大党员、干部和社会各界的广泛关注,日点击率500多人次。为了方便外出党员解决在活动中遇到的难题,县先进性教育办公室还设立了专门的电子信箱,并明确专人答复。
