在研究固定阴极扩孔、切割等加工的成型规律时 ,通常将极间电场简化为平行平面场。然而当阴极宽度不能远远大于极间间隙时 ,采用这种处理方式将产生很大的误差。根据电磁场理论 ,文中提出了一种研究固定阴极电化学切割规律的更为严密的处理方法 ,并且基于这一思路分析了用该加工方式在阳极被加工面上某处电场强度、电流密度、加工速度等在加工过程中的变化规律 ,建立了基本能反映加工实际过程的一般数学模型。根据所建的数学模型对一实验进行了预测 ,并作了实验论证。本文的研究为该简易加工方式的合理应用提供了理论依据
In the study of fixed cathode reaming, cutting and other processing of the forming law, usually the electric field between the electrodes is simplified to parallel plane field. However, when the cathode width can not be far greater than the gap between the poles, the use of this approach will have a great error. According to the theory of electromagnetic field, a more rigorous treatment method for the study of the fixed cathode electrochemical cutting rule is proposed in this paper. And based on this idea, the electric field intensity, current density, current density Speed and other changes in the process of processing, the establishment of a basic process to reflect the actual process of the general mathematical model. According to the mathematical model built, an experiment is predicted, and experiments are made. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the rational application of this simple processing method
