随着新课改的进行,传统的管理模式已经严重阻碍了学生的发展,以湘教版教材出发,结合教学实践,针对当前管理模式中暴露的问题进行分析,并提出有效的改革措施。
With the new curriculum reform, the traditional management model has seriously hampered the development of the students. Based on the teaching materials of the Hunan Education Edition and the teaching practice, this paper analyzes the problems exposed in the current management mode and puts forward effective reform measures.
