为解决国产微机用3 1/2″软盘驱动器的振动和噪声问题,本文对3 1/2″软盘驱动器的磁头部分作了模态分析和结构动力修改实验研究,发现磁头在一阶模态振动时发生严重的弯曲变形,并且在0—1000 Hz 频率范围内就有7个振动模态,其中,第1、第2和第4阶模态的振动能量很大,磁头的振动必然影响驱动器的工作性能,因此在驱动器设计时就必须对其振动特性有所考虑。从而进行抗振动结构设计。本文进行的模态分析,结构动力修改分析,灵敏度分析为解决软盘驱动器的振动和噪声问题,为磁头结构设计提供了部分资料。
