本文采用格列芬完全双列杂交方法,研究分析了玉米果穗八个数量性状及与产量性状的遗传力、遗传相关、遗传进度、通径系数等参数。阐述了在选用杂交亲本时应着重考虑遗传力较大,对产量相关密切的性状,使之产生性状互补,以便配制出优良杂交组合;在选育杂交种时应选择果穗长而粗、行粒数多、子粒深而百粒重高的杂交组合,才能提高玉米育种的选育效果。
