为了了解老年人甲状腺功能变化及甲状腺自身免疫的变化,我们采用了放射免疫分析法,联合测定T_3、T_4、TSH、TGA、TMA,对161例正常老年人进行观察,现将结果报告如下。对象和方法一、对象: (一)20~50岁正常人对照组:45例系我校教师与医务人员。 (二)选择无内分泌疾病与其他疾病的健康老年人。其中51~60岁98人,平均年龄53.2岁;61~79岁73人,平均年龄64.1岁。二、方法: (一)仪器:北京核仪器厂生产的FS-613自动计数~(125)I放免测定仪。 (二)T_3、T_4放免药盒由四川五洲同位素研究所提供。 (三)TSH、TGA、TMA放免药盒由上海放射
In order to understand the changes of thyroid function and thyroid autoimmune in the elderly, we used radioimmunoassay to observe T_3, T_4, TSH, TGA and TMA in 161 elderly patients.
