患者,女,2016年9月19日出生,于2017年12月21日,在上臂外侧三角肌肌内注射吸附无细胞百白破联合疫苗(Diphtheria Tetanus And Acellular Pertussis Combined Vaccine Adsorbed)(武汉生物制品研究所有限责任公司生产,批号20150323-2)0.5 ml,接种前检查无禁忌证,接种后留观30 min无异常。1周后患儿双上肢皮肤出现出血点,遂来我部就诊,查体见患儿双侧前臂皮肤有散在针尖大小出血点,压之不退色,无发热、流涕、咳嗽,无恶心、呕吐,无鼻衄,无黑便、血尿。
