技术创新过程中的多种不确定性造成了成功的科研活动与其成果得到首次商业应用之间存在着较长的时间间隔。通过制订消除不确定性的制度对策来缩短技术创新时滞,有利于加速科技成果产业化进程。
The multiple uncertainties in the process of technological innovation have led to long time lags between successful research activities and the first commercial adoption of their results. Through formulating institutional countermeasures to eliminate the uncertainty to shorten the time lag of technological innovation, it is good for accelerating the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
