绩效考核是现代化企业人力资源管理的主要手段之一。当前,越来越多的企业已经逐渐意识到绩效考核对自身业绩的形成和提升有着重要的影响与意义。然而,很多企业在实际的绩效考核过程中仍然会遇到很多问题,进而导致考核效果不佳。本论文主要剖析企业在绩效考核中所存在的一些问题,并提出一系列行之有效的应对策略与具体措施,从而进一步推动企业的人力资源管理工作。
Performance evaluation is one of the main means of human resource management in modern enterprises. At present, more and more enterprises have come to realize that performance appraisal has an important influence and significance on the formation and promotion of their performance. However, many enterprises still encounter many problems in the actual performance appraisal process, which leads to poor appraisal results. This thesis mainly analyzes some problems existing in enterprises’ performance appraisal and puts forward a series of effective coping strategies and concrete measures to further promote the human resources management of enterprises.
