Performance appraisal is the core of performance management. The grassroots units of oil production are the basic production units for crude oil production in oilfields and the basis for seeking economic benefits and survival and development for petroleum enterprises. The grass-roots units of the majority of staff is the task of crude oil production and technical innovators who ultimately implement the results of their performance appraisal is particularly important.
