各输油站都配备有许多大型阀门。这些阀门虽然都曾试过压,但在使用中阀门大盖法兰渗漏问题履见不鲜。这种渗漏,常发生在关闭的阀门上,而且夏季居多。 关闭的阀门,大盖与管线隔绝。存于大盖中的死油因受阳光暴晒而膨胀,膨胀后的原油压力远远超出阀门试验压力。大盖上的法兰螺丝难以承受这么大压力,从而导致原油外漏,严重影响安全生产。 笔者根据生产实践,试图采用以下办法解决大盖渗漏问题。如图所示,在阀门大盖上的螺孔处接管,中间加针形阀至工艺管网上。当阀门关死后,
