劳顾问:我是某公司一名老司机,从事这一职业已有25年。3年前我渐自觉颈部、肩部等有些麻痛,有时有头晕现象,到医院检查并照片,被诊断为颈椎病。我觉得我原来没有这一毛病,而是由于经常长时间开车颈部紧张所致,应算为工伤。但单位不同意,我治疗此病的医疗费只按一般疾病处理。请问:单位的做法是否正确?望赐教!
Lau consultant: I am an old company driver, engaged in this job for 25 years. Three years ago, I gradually conscious of the neck, shoulder and some other numbness, and sometimes dizziness, to the hospital for examination and photos, was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. I think I did not have this problem, but because of the long-term stress caused by driving the neck should be considered as work-related injuries. However, the unit does not agree that my medical treatment for this disease will only be treated as a general illness. Excuse me: Is the unit's approach correct?
