随着高中学习的不断深入,我对哲学和法学有了一个基本的了解。首先,在早期的法学发展中,它是哲学理念的一部分。哲学家“黑格尔”曾经说过:法学是哲学的一个重要分支。直到18世纪末,法学从哲学中分离出来,并成为了一个独立的理论。客观来讲,在长期的发展过程中,二者处于互相影响,相互促进的状态,它们对高中的学习都起到了指导性作用。因此,本文针对哲学与法学的关系演变,对二者的关系进行研究。
With the deepening of my study in high school, I have a basic understanding of philosophy and law. First, as part of the philosophical concept of early legal development. Philosopher Hegel once said: Law is an important branch of philosophy. Until the end of the eighteenth century, jurisprudence was separated from philosophy and became an independent theory. Objectively speaking, in the long-term development process, the two are in a mutually influential and mutually reinforcing state, and they play an instructive role in the study of senior high school. Therefore, this essay aims at the evolution of the relationship between philosophy and jurisprudence, and studies the relationship between the two.
