坚定党员干部理想信念是传承兵团精神的客观要求,是增强兵团维稳戌边实力的思想基础,是新时期党员干部争做好干部“五条标准”的基本要求。本文简要介绍了当前兵团党员干部理想信念的现状,同时分析了当前党员干部理想信念教育存在的主要问题,并就如何提高兵团干部理想信念教育的实效性提出了几点建议,以期为加强兵团党员干部理想信念教育提供有益借鉴。
