经过30多年的改革开放,特别是国际金融危机后发展的内外环境发生了重大变化,谋篇布局一些事关中国经济社会未来发展全局的战略性问题更显紧迫。统筹城乡发展就是这样一个带有全局意义的问题。今年6月7日在成都举行的2010年全国综合配套改革试点工作会议,以统筹城乡综合配套改革试点为主题,展开了深入的探讨与交流。
After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, especially the major changes in the internal and external environment for the development since the international financial crisis, it is even more urgent to find some strategic issues concerning the overall development of China’s economy and society in the future. Balancing urban and rural development is such a question of global significance. On June 7 this year, the 2010 National Conference on Comprehensive Supporting Reform Pilot Work in Chengdu was held with the theme of coordinating the pilot projects for the comprehensive reform of urban and rural areas and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges.
