各种有机磷杀虫剂都有抑制胆硷酯酶(ChE)活性的作用。胆硷酯酶活力的测定,对急性有机磷中毒的诊断具有重要的意义,但是在较长期的接触有机磷杀虫剂时,由于机体对有机磷杀虫剂产生了耐受性,因而机体能够适应较低水平的胆硷酯酶活性状态。例如有人曾报告乙酰胆硷酯酶活力甚至降低至正常值的5%时,仍可不出现症状,因此胆硷酯酶活力测定,对诊断有机磷杀虫剂慢性中毒的意义如何,值得探讨。
