目的了解维吾尔族大学生闲暇生活满意度与心理健康的关系,为少数民族大学生的健康成长提供理论支持。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,选取新疆大学、新疆财经大学、新疆农业大学、喀什大学大一至大三年级1 014名维吾尔族大学生,采用症状自评量表和自编闲暇生活满意度问卷进行调查。结果维吾尔族大学生闲暇生活满意度得分为(3.07±0.96)分。公办学校维吾尔族大学生的闲暇生活满意度得分为(3.11±0.96)分,民办学校大学生得分为(2.96±0.91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.154,P<0.05);艺术类学生闲暇生活满意度>理科学生>文科学生,差异有统计学意义(F=2.601,P<0.01)。SCL-90各因子得分均未超过2分;维吾尔族大学生闲暇生活满意度得分与心理健康量表各因子得分均呈负相关(P值均<0.01),与SCL-90总分也呈负相关(r=-0.545,P<0.01)。结论维吾尔族大学生的心理健康状况与闲暇生活满意度之间存在密切的关系,闲暇生活满意度的提高将能够提高维吾尔族大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the relationship between Uyghur college students’ leisure life satisfaction and mental health and to provide theoretical support for the healthy growth of ethnic minority college students. Methods A total of 1 014 Uighur students from Xinjiang University, Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics, Xinjiang Agricultural University and Kashi University were selected by random cluster sampling method. Questionnaires of Self-rating Symptom and self-made leisure life satisfaction survey. Results The Uygur college students’ leisure life satisfaction score was (3.07 ± 0.96) points. The scores of leisure life satisfaction of Uyghur college students in public schools were (3.11 ± 0.96) points, and that of private schools was (2.96 ± 0.91) points, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.154, P <0.05) Life satisfaction> science students> liberal arts students, the difference was statistically significant (F = 2.601, P <0.01). SCL-90 scores of all factors did not exceed 2 points; Uigur University students leisure life satisfaction scores and mental health scale scores were negatively correlated (P <0.01), and SCL-90 score was also negatively correlated (r = -0.545, P <0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between Uyghur college students’ mental health and leisure life satisfaction. The improvement of leisure life satisfaction will improve the mental health of Uighur college students.
