在满足坡莫合金热处理工艺的前提下,根据热平衡原理,对双工位氢气保护炉的快冷速率进行分析与计算。在此基础上对快冷系统的热交换器、快冷风机、风道等关键部件进行结构设计,采用先进的内循环降温系统,同时,将该快冷设计理念应用到实际设备中。试验数据显示,此快冷系统的应用,大大提高了设备的降温速率,通过采用变频器控制风机转速,可对设备快冷速率进行调节,能较好地满足设备的热处理工艺对冷却速率的要求。
On the premise of meeting the permalloy heat treatment process, according to the principle of heat balance, the fast cooling rate of the double-station hydrogen protection furnace is analyzed and calculated. On this basis, the structural design of the key components such as the heat exchanger, fast cooling fan and air duct in the fast cooling system is adopted. The advanced internal circulation cooling system is adopted. Meanwhile, the concept of fast cooling is applied to the actual equipment. The experimental data shows that the application of the fast cooling system greatly improves the cooling rate of the equipment. By using the inverter to control the fan speed, the fast cooling rate of the equipment can be adjusted to better meet the cooling rate requirement of the equipment heat treatment process .
