在工业生产中,大力推广先进工艺,对节约原材料、缩短机动工时和辅助工时、提高产品质量及劳动生产率都有其积极意义。无切屑加工是先进工艺之一,齿轮轧制法是无切屑加工方法的一种,由于齿轮的机械加工(切削法)在许多情况下还不能满足工件精度的要求,常用滚刀的实际工作面在某些程度上还不能达到理论的渐伸线,因此各厂都在研究使用轧制法。在热轧齿轮的影响下,小模数齿轮的冷轧法也在各厂热烈展开。冷轧法的效能高,可以克服切削法中所存在的一些缺点,并解决齿型高精度方面所遇到的种种困难。但是要掌握这项新工艺,还须大家互相学习、交流经验、取长补短、共同提高。现将我们的试验介绍于下,以供参考。

The high efficiency of the cold rolling method can overcome some of the shortcomings in the cutting method and solve various difficulties encountered in the high precision of the tooth profile. However, to master this new technology, we must also learn from each other and exchange experiences to reinforce each other’s strengths and improve together. Now our experiment introduced below, for reference.
